Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made to the Program Coordinator or Treasurer. Refunds will be granted in full if requested 2 weeks prior to the program commencing. Anyone requesting refunds outside these limits may do so in writing to the Treasurer. These requests will be reviewed by the executive of the community association and will be considered for special circumstances on a prorated basis with a $5 Administration Fee. There are no refunds on Memberships.
